Two New Investments in Ovarian Cancer Research
Our community has now directed $40,000 to two Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance grants through the Partners in Science program.
$20,000 invested in 2022
Examining the Early Events in Fallopian Tube Transformation
Our 2022 event raised $20,000, which we designated to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance through its Partners in Science program. The funding supported this research grant led by Duaa Al-Rawi, MD, PhD, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. We are proud to report successful results and to share that this important work will continue for the next three years.
An additional $20,000 raised (August 2026)
First-in-Human Folate Receptor Alpha-Targeted BiTE-Secreting T Cells Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trial
Through our Kendra Scott events and individual gifts, we have raised an additional $20,000. These funds will support a second OCRA Partners in Science grant led by Emese Zsiros, PhD, MD, at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
